Polymer Testing
NSL’s experience with polymeric materials includes
analysis and testing of catalysts, thermal stabilizers,
fillers, and pigments in polymers and composite
materials. Our polymer testing lab offers customers the
expertise required to help solve a wide variety of polymer

Metallurgical Testing
Last year, NSL Analytical invested over $1.6 million on a
new Metallurgical Testing facility. The lab houses
machining, mechanical testing and microscopy
equipment. Our Materials Analysts, Metallurgists and
Metallurgical Engineers are experienced in microscopy
evaluations, failure analysis, and mechanical testing of
ferrous and non-ferrous metals to perform Material
Verification, Material Certification, and Failure Analysis.
Trace Analysis Testing Services
As a material testing lab for aerospace, nuclear,
refractory, and metalworking industries, NSL’s chemistry
testing services include major element analysis of sample
materials with concentrations from parts per billion levels
to 99.99%. Our chemistry analysis services are used to
provide independent verification of materials, certification
of raw materials, and failure analysis.
