HANDBOOK JUST RELEASED

ASM Handbook,

Volume 4E:

Heat Treating of Nonferrous Alloys,

edited by George E. Totten, is now

available. This singular work gives

engineers, analysts, and techni-

treating fundamentals and guide-

lines for a wide variety of nonfer-

rous alloys. The new handbook

completes the series of five volumes

on heat treating,

ASM Handbook,

Heat Treating Set.

The full set is a

comprehensive reference guide to all aspects of heat treat-

ing including steel heat treating fundamentals, processes,

and technologies; selection of steels for heat treatment and

the processing and properties of heat treated steels, compo-

nents, and cast irons; induction heating and heat treatment;

and heat treating of nonferrous alloys. For more informa-
