HEAT TREAT MEXICO 2023 RECAP The Heat Treat Mexico 2023 conference and expo, with a focus on advanced thermal processing, reconvened for its first meeting since 2020. The tres días event, held March 28–30, was full of networking, education, and industry solutions. Conference sessions were simultaneously conducted in both English and Spanish. The exhibitors showcased problem-solving products and met new contacts and customers. Gracias for the delicious lunch sponsored by Surface Combustion Inc. and the Welcome Reception, which was compliments of Quaker Houghton. Special appreciation goes to the ASM Mexico Chapter for their continued enthusiastic support before, during, and after the event. The expo floor at Heat Treat Mexico displayed the latest products and services for the heat treating community. A lively social event was held at Museo del Acero Horno 3, a converted former blast furnace. The museum chronicles the industrial history of Monterrey, which was renowned for its steel production. 3
