All appointments were unanimously approved by the Board of Trustees. Terms began September 1, 2019. Congratulations to all of our ASM International leaders! Committee/Council Chairs include: Ms. Rachel Ambrosi, materials and process engineer, Boeing Satellite Development Center, was appointed chair of the AeroMat Organizing Committee. Dr. Raymundo Arroyave, professor, Texas A&M Uni- versity, continues as chair of the Alloy Phase Diagram Committee. Prof. Krishan Chawla, FASM, professor, University of Alabama at Birmingham, continues as chair of the Interna- tional Materials Review Committee. Dr. James D. Cotton, FASM, technical fellow, Boeing, continues as co-chair of IMAT 2020. Dr. Adam Farrow, manufacturing manager, Los Ala- mos National Laboratory, was appointed chair of the Content Committee, and continues as chair of the AM&P Editorial Committee. Dr. Lesley Frame, assistant professor, University of Connecticut, continues as chair of the ASM Women in Mate- rials Engineering Committee. Dr. Andrew Frerichs, senior scientist processing, The NanoSteel Company, continues as co-chair of the Emerging Professionals Committee. Dr. Raymond V. Fryan continues as ASM treasurer and chair of the Finance Committee. Dr. Jeffrey Hawk, FASM, materials research engineer, U.S. Department of Energy, was appointed chair of the ASM & TMS Joint Commission on Metallurgical and Materials Committee. Mr. Jonathan Healy, materials engineer, Naval Sur- face Warfare Center, was appointed co-chair of the Emerg- ing Professionals Committee. Dr. William Joost, principal materials engineer, Pratt & Whitney, was appointed chair of the Materials Property Database Committee. Mr. John C. Kuli, technology and innovation leader, Materion Corp., was appointed chair of the Technical Books Committee.
