Chairs for ASM Society and General Committees and Coun- cils appeared in the January 2019 issue of ASM News. The purpose of each committee is stated on its affiliate society website under the Membership and Networking tab. Electronic Device Failure Analysis Society (EDFAS) Lee Knauss, FASM, director, engineering and science, Booz Allen Hamilton, was elected president of EDFAS. Zhiyong Wang, executive director, Maxim Integrated, serves as immediate past president of EDFAS and chair of the EDFAS Awards & Nominations Committee. Bhanu Sood, Code 371 – Reliability and Risk Assess- ment Branch, NASA Goddard Space Flight Center, was named chair of the Education Subcommittee. Tom Moore, FASM, president, Waviks Inc., continues as chair of the EDFAS Membership Subcommittee. Felix Beaudoin, functional characterization engineer, GlobalFoundries, continues as chair of the Electronic Device Failure Analysis Editorial Board and was named chair of the Events Committee. Failure Analysis Society (FAS) Pierre Dupont, key account manager − industry, Schaeffler Belgium Sprl/byba, continues to serve as presi- dent of FAS. Burak Akyuz, team lead−metallurgy and failure anal- ysis, Applied Technical Services Inc., continues to serve as immediate past president and chair of the FAS Awards & Nominations Committee. Debbie Aliya, president, Aliya Analytical Inc., contin- ues as chair of the Education Subcommittee. Michael E.
