She joined Research & Development Group, Hitachi Ltd. in 1988 and is currently engaged in research on signal processing with respect to inspection and measurement. Kenta Sumikawa received bachelor’s and master’s degrees in engineering from Wakayama University in 2001 and 2003, respectively. He joinedHitachi Power Solutions Co. Ltd. in 2003 andhas been engaged in the research anddevelopment of ultrasonic inspection systems and ultrasonic transducers since then. Masakatsu Murai received a bachelor’s degree in engineering and master’s degree in informatics from Tohoku University in 2008 and 2010, respectively. He joined Hitachi Power Solutions Co. Ltd. in 2011 and has been engaged in the development of ultrasonic inspection systems since that time. Kotaro Kikukawa received bachelor’s and master’s degrees in science from Kyoto University in 2013 and 2015, respectively. He joined Hitachi Power Solutions Co. Ltd. in 2015 andhas been engaged in the development of ultrasonic transducers for ultrasonic inspection systems since then.
