UNIFIED GUI WORKFLOW All the aforementioned capabilities are encapsulated within a unified graphical user interface (GUI). The GUI is designed to be a one-stop solution for the FA engineer, eliminating the need to switch between multiple disparate tools. It provides three primary modes of operation: detection, comparison, and image analysis. In the detection mode, users can load images and instantly see bounding boxes around emission spots with associated confidence scores. The comparison mode facilitates the side-by-side analysis of reference and target units, highlighting differences automatically. The interface includes powerful filtering tools, allowing users to sort detections by confidence, IoU, or Class ID. Crucially, the GUI integrates the layout analysis features directly; with a single click, users can generate instance lists and layout files. This seamless integration of AI inference, comparative analysis, and design correlation significantly enhances the user experience and operational efficiency.
